The project in question involved the rehabilitation of one of the biggest wastewater pipelines in Monza using UV-CIPP technology, located between Viale Stucchi and Viale delle Industrie. The latter collects different wastewater and consists of DN800 and DN1000 circular pipes, measuring almost 1,180 m in length, and 1800x1200 mm oval pipes, measuring almost 700 m in length. More specifically, Blueco worked on an oval section with DN1800x1200 dimensions and a thickness of 14 mm for a total length of 500 m. A significant challenge was posed by the position of the pipelines since they were laid in the green area (including a large number of trees) of the traffic island dividing the road in two directions.
